IT PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR AND SUPPORT PERSONNEL

Qualification
• Minimum First Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as an IT Project Personnel or similar role
• Understanding of IT Project Frameworks
• Understanding formal escalation and project review process

Job Duties:
• Support project Manager/ Project team to run the organization’s administration
by providing administrative support on IT projects.
• Develop project scopes and particulars i.e. Timeframes, financials and outcomes
• Provide support to project managers and business leaders when requested
• Create and review project reports
• Work closely with project manager, team members and leads to help deliver
major organizational projects efficiently.
•Manage the administrative tasks such as documentation and information distribution,
report collation and communication support.
• Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
• Any other task assigned
